Onich is close to Glen Coe and Glen Nevis so refer to those pages for more information. Closer to Onich is the nice Ballachulish horseshoe-shaped walk at the end of Glen Coe.

8-10 February 2002 Staying in the Alex MacIntyre hut. This hut has excellent facilities including mains electricity and water, electric cookers and oven, a microwave oven, fridge, multi-fuel fire (with fuel provided!), heating in dormatories, hot water and showers, drying room and last but not least, WCs. Also this hut has great access for the Mamores as well as Glen Nevis and Glen Coe. You will need map Landranger 41, or Outdoor Leisure 38.
